Welcome to DreamTick. By using the DreamTick mobile application, website, and related services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Use of the App

DreamTick is a dream and goal tracking application that helps users log goals, track progress, receive motivation, break down goals into manageable daily tasks, build habits, and analyze personal growth patterns.

You agree to use DreamTick only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the app, its services, or other users.

Accounts

Some features may require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity associated with it.

User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create within DreamTick, including logs, goals, notes, dreams, analytics inputs, and other personal entries.

By using the Services, you grant DreamTick permission to store and process your content solely for providing app functionality and improving the user experience.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal or harmful purposes
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with app functionality
• Reverse engineer or exploit the Services
• Upload malicious software or harmful content
• Use the Services to harass or abuse others

Subscriptions and Payments

DreamTick may offer premium subscriptions and paid features. If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription, billing is handled through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other authorized third-party platforms and is subject to the following terms:

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Billing: Your platform account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the cost of the selected subscription tier.
• Cancellation & Management: You can manage your subscription, view billing history, or turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your device's account settings (e.g., App Store or Google Play settings) after purchase.
• Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that tier, where applicable.

AI Features

Some DreamTick features may use artificial intelligence to generate insights, recommendations, summaries, or analyses based on your activity and content.

AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.

Data and Privacy

Your use of DreamTick is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to DreamTick if these Terms are violated or if misuse of the Services is detected.

Disclaimer

DreamTick is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of analytics, or availability of all features at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamTick and its creators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of DreamTick after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
